Eligibility You may request a return or refund within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

How To Request A Refund To begin your refund request, simply send us an email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund. We also cannot process refunds on orders where the 30-day return window has passed.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product and we will make it right at no extra cost to you.
